You do not need complete technical documentation. We work with what you have. Any one of these starting points is enough:

PDF, DWG, STEP or a 3D model. The fastest route to a quote. Have complete documentation? Production starts right after approval.

or scan
Take a few clear photos of the component from different angles and include the basic dimensions. Based on these, we will make an initial assessment of manufacturing feasibility and indicate what information we need to prepare a quote.

Old part
as a sample
Send us the physically worn component. We will measure it, prepare the documentation and manufacture a replacement.

Description
or sketch
Sometimes a hand‑drawn sketch and a few words about what the part is used for is all it takes. We will ask about the rest and work out the details together.
Whichever of these materials you have, it is enough to start the analysis. We will check feasibility, indicate the information required and present a quote together with a possible completion date.

Four steps
from inquiry to delivery
At the outset we agree on the successive stages and the expected schedule. You receive specific information about the order status, the progress of the work and the planned delivery date of the finished part.

Data
analysis
After receiving a drawing, a photo or a worn part, we analyze feasibility, material selection and the manufacturing technology. If additional information is needed, we contact you right away so we can move smoothly on to preparing the quote.

Quote
and lead time
After your inquiry has been analyzed, you receive a quote together with a confirmed completion date. Instead of a rough estimate, we give you a specific date you can base your further planning on. You decide whether to proceed only after accepting the terms, with no prior commitments.

Production under full supervision
We match the technology and the appropriate production facilities to the specifics of the component. We coordinate milling, turning, heat treatment and quality control. The workflow and completion date are confirmed after the documentation has been analyzed.

Inspection
and delivery
Before shipment, finished components are inspected according to the scope agreed for the given order. Depending on the order requirements, the part can be delivered with a measurement report, a material certificate and other agreed documentation.

Questions we
hear
The most common questions about quotes, lead times and materials. Can’t find your question?
How much does the quote itself cost?
Nothing. The quote is free of charge and does not oblige you to place an order.
What if the part is too complex to manufacture?
We will tell you straight out. If something is beyond our technological capabilities, you will find out at the quoting stage, not after a week of production.
Do you make production runs or only single pieces?
We adapt the production scope to the specific project and the client’s needs.
What materials do you machine?
Structural, stainless and tool steels, aluminum, brass, bronze and engineering plastics: POM, PEEK, PTFE. If you need a specific grade, state it in your inquiry.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA)?
Yes. If your documentation is confidential, we sign an NDA before starting the analysis.
