§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at autoneka.pl (the “Website”) and the rules for providing services by electronic means by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider and owner of the Website is:

§2. Definitions
- User – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website, in particular a business submitting an inquiry.
- Electronic service – a service provided by electronic means via the Website.
- Inquiry – a request submitted by the User to prepare a quote for the manufacture or supply of a component.
- Quote – non‑binding commercial information prepared in response to an Inquiry.
§3. Scope and type of services
Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- making available informational content and a catalogue of components and replacements,
- enabling the submission of an Inquiry and receipt of a Quote via the contact form (with the option to attach a technical drawing, photo or documentation).
The Website is not an online shop. No sales contracts are concluded and no online payments are processed through it.
§4. Technical requirements
Using the Website requires a device with Internet access, an up‑to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and an active e‑mail account. The maximum size of a single form attachment is 25 MB.
§5. Inquiries and Quotes
- An Inquiry is submitted by sending the form together with a description or documentation of the component.
- A Quote prepared in response to an Inquiry is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
- A contract for the manufacture or supply of a component is concluded separately, after the parties agree on the terms (outside the Website).
- The feasibility of manufacturing a given component is always subject to technical assessment.
§6. Documentation provided by the User
By sending drawings, photos, models or other documentation, the User declares that they are entitled to dispose of these materials and to provide them to the Service Provider for the purpose of preparing a Quote and possible fulfilment. The Service Provider uses the materials solely for this purpose and treats them as confidential.
§7. Complaints regarding electronic services
Complaints related to the operation of the Website may be submitted to kontakt@autoneka.pl. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. Complaints are handled within 14 days.
§8. Personal data
The rules for processing Users’ personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
§9. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons; changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
- The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
